Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, you can do so 48-hours prior to our session with no rescheduling fee. Any later reschedules will incur a $25 late-rescheduling fee.

For late arrivals, I provide a 15-minute grace period; after that, our session will close so as to not interfere with following sessions. In this event, you may reschedule by email at erinn@erinnbasuastrology.com. (Note: there will be a late rescheduling fee of $25). In the case that you miss consecutive appointments, you will be charged a no-show fee of the full session.

Cancellations

Within 72-hours upon making the appointment, if need be, you may cancel free of charge. After this point, I will have fully prepared our session and cannot provide a refund.
